As a dropshipping business, your order will be fulfilled directly by the brand or manufacturer of the product you selected. This allows us to reduce waste, minimize storage, and deliver items straight to your door.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after processing

  • Multiple items may ship separately if they come from different partners.

📬 Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: $6.95 flat rate

  • Free Shipping on all U.S. orders over $100
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on product and location.

📦 Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to become active.

🧸 Partial Shipments

If your order includes products from different partners, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. Please email us at info@theoleo.shop within 30 days of your purchase for a FREE refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customized items are exempt from being returned. 

To complete your return, please provide your order number and/or proof of purchase.
